General conditions of sale

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of electronic audio equipment made on the Touellskouarn.fr website by Ultra Rapide Canari, SARL, with a capital of €7,700, whose registered office is located at 24 rue Jean Corre, 29470 Plougastel, registered with the Brest Trade and Companies Register under number 441 304 474 00014.

ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC

Any order placed on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the customer, who acknowledges having read them before confirming their order.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS

The essential characteristics of the products (descriptions, images, prices, new or refurbished condition) are presented on the website. Photos and descriptions have no contractual value. If a product is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed and may request a refund or exchange.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges, which are specified at the time of ordering. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDERING

Customers must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to place an order. The order is considered final after payment validation and confirmation by email. The company reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or bad faith order.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Payment is made online by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website. Orders will only be shipped after receipt of full payment.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of a delay, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund. Transport risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided for by law (personalized products, unsealed products, etc.). Returns must be made in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the company is at fault.

ARTICLE 9 – WARRANTIES

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. All requests must be sent to customer service with proof of purchase.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY

The company cannot be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products. Its liability remains limited to the amount of the order.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

The information collected is necessary for processing orders and managing customer relations. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, in accordance with applicable regulations.

ARTICLE 13 – DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
